Refund policy in case of customer complaint.
We will make every effort to ensure you receive the correct goods and they are of satisfactory quality. However, if you identify incorrect goods, or if you are dissatisfied in any way, you should notify us as soon as possible. In the case of perishable goods, you should inspect them on delivery/collection and if you have any complaints contact us immediately onĀ info@harviscakes.co.uk. We may then at our discretion ask you to send a photograph of the good which are subject to the complaint. We may also require you to return the cake to us. We may then offer a part or full refund according to what we consider is fair.
Cake decorations:
Cake decorations and toppings can at times dislodge from the cake. If that happens please inform us as soon as possible and we will offer remedies. If you are still unsatisfied then we may offer a part refund.
